A Dallas native and a second-generation Dallasite, Charles Mauzy not only know the best neighborhoods in the area, but he also have his favorites — as well as a few hidden gems.

During Charles formative years his family lived in Oak Cliff. Later, they moved to Highland Park, where Charles graduated from Highland Park High School. After college at Texas State University (formerly SWTSU), Charles returned to Dallas and lived in the Village Apartments, Kessler Park, and Oak Lawn before settling down in the M Streets — where he’ve lived since 1990.

Charles clients come from all over Dallas, the North Texas area, and beyond. Some know Big D like the back of their hands, and others are looking for a guide to help them find their perfect neighborhood. Either way, Charles is proud to share his love of all things Dallas.

Charles a veteran of the service industry — having worked as a general manager of a document storage company and the top salesperson for DFW’s largest locally owned payroll-processing firm.
