Karl Rogers is a native to Rochester MN but has lived in Boston, Chicago, and Waterloo Belgium throughout his life. Karl graduated from John Marshall in Rochester and St Cloud State with a BS in Biomedical Sciences and a minor in Chemistry … so why real estate??

Karl started in real estate in 2013 and has since excelled initially as a buyer’s specialist helping over 50 clients successfully close in his first two years and over 225 total in his career. Since starting he has been a part of two top producing teams in Rochester, helping grow, train and develop sales agents and instilling excellence as a standard. Karl is passionate about helping people make a transition whether this is a first time home purchase, an investment purchase, selling a home to downsize or upgrade, or move out of town to warmer weather for retirement.

Karl was elected to the MLS Board of Directors for SE MN real estate in August of 2017 aiming to help the direction of technologies and vendor integrations to help agents deliver excellent customer service to their clients. Karl is currently working on obtaining a drone certificate so he can use aerial photography and videography in his real estate practice.

Karl enjoys keeping his market knowledge and negotiation skills sharp through continuing education and additional certifications. Karl is a Certified Home Buying Advisor through the National Association of Expert Advisors and has also been active in the Rochester community teaching Community Education classes on iPad and Apple products since 2012.

Karl has been married to Kristin since 2005 and has three lovely girls, twin girls born in 2000 and another little princess born in 2014. Karl and his wife Kristin are active in their church leading a small group, Karl coaches a softball team, and enjoys helping with video editing when needed.
