Charlie has been serving Sellers and Buyers of homes in the Twin Cities for years. Be they single-family, condominiums, or townhomes, Charlie has seen the real estate process through from start to finish dozens and dozens of times. Since he’s been through the system so many times, he can frequently spot opportunities and prevent problems before they arise.

Prior to finding his calling in Real Estate, Charlie worked for Arthur Andersen and American Express, and earned a degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Wisconsin at Madison. These experiences give him an excellent analytical and financial foundation upon which to operate.

Charlie is an active member of the Urban Land Institute and President of the West River Commons Condominium Association. He received a mini-MBA in Real Estate Development from the University of St. Thomas and recently earned his ePro designation, signifying him as one of select few Realtors trained to provide high quality, innovative online-based real estate services.
